An old military saying: no plan survives contact with the enemy.
A great deal can be learned from this bit of wisdom. It suggests that no matter how prepared, you cannot account for every single contingency. Similarly, you could say that no market strategy survives contact with the consumer, or no design methodology survives contact with the client. There are far too many variables.
In our view, no two clients are alike. All have their own needs, as do their customers. We don't profess to have a clear-cut, absolutely defined process or methodology like our competitors do. Sure, we have some strong basic principles and beliefs that guide us, but we treat every project individually. Strategy, staffing, schedule, approach, and solution all vary depending on the the unique condition of each client and project.
